Our fitness center method of training is unlike any other; we strive to deliver individualized training and ongoing support that will aid each client in reaching his/her goals. Our personal trainers are certified and committed to ongoing education. We also offer partner packages for those who want to work out with a friend or spouse.

Personal Training programs are designed to:

  • Determine goals of client
  • Increase muscle, decrease fat, improve body mechanics, etc.
